What is this electric car? I actually dig it, but there is nothing in the episode that informs me what it is. What is is oppo?

I found the episode and just finished watching the EV segment. Electric Vehicle Industries ( or Electric Vehicle Engineering, according to the sign on the building ) certainly looks like a low-volume operation, and I’m not sure if they even exist anymore, unless they’re in the golf cart business. The company’s name isn’t giving me good search results.
